TOP Server Support Validation

If your existing TOP Server License is on a current Support and Maintenance agreement, you are eligible to upgrade to the current version of TOP Server. If you do not have a current Support and Maintenence agreement, you might still be eligible for a TOP Server Version upgrade depending on the license's expiration date.
