calling us to request a new unlock
code/password for your software.
- Please complete all of the fields below especially
the "Reason for Re-Registration" field.
- Upon receiving your request, a Software Toolbox
representative will contact you regarding your request.
- In the mean-time, your software can be used in a 10-day
temporary mode by simply entering your Serial number.
Software Toolbox hours are from 8am-5pm Monday to Friday. A Software Toolbox representative
will contact you at the start of the next business day.

TOPServer
- Open the TOPServer and then select the "Purchase a Driver
License" option from the "Help" menu.
- Select your driver from the list and then click "License"
- Enter your serial number into the dialog and then "OK".
- You will be prompted to unlock the driver, click "Yes".
- From the next dialog, take note of your Computer ID. This screen is where
you will enter your password once you receive it.
OPC Data Logger
- Open the OPC Data Logger application and then click the "Product
Activation" option from the "Help" menu.
- Enter your serial number into the "Serial number" field and then
click "OK".
- From this screen, do take note of your new "Computer ID".
- You will return to this screen to unlock this product once you receive
your password.
InGear OPC Servers
- Open the InGear OPC Server.
