From here you can quickly and instantly receive an unlock code/password for a variety of software products that you may have purchased licenses for from Software Toolbox. This site is for use by licensed users of our products ONLY! If you have not purchased a license, you will not be able to submit a registration request.
Important: Any computer can be used to register your software. The computer containing your software does not need to be used for online registration, unless otherwise stated.

- How long does the process take?
This depends on how quickly you can enter the required information into the form. Typically less than 1 minute.
- Am I required to register online from the computer containing my software?
No. Any computer with internet access will be just fine.
In fact, most products (excluding TOP Server 5) can be registered using a mobile
browser, i.e. Android, iPhone, ect.
- Will I get my unlock code/password via E-mail only?
No. You will see your unlock code/password on the screen. Also, an E-mail containing your unlock code/password will be sent to you as well.
- Is this information logged anywhere?
Yes. A copy of the email that you will receive is also copied into our support knowledge-base. You can log-in to the support system at http://support.softwaretoolbox.com/ using your E-mail and password. You will then have access to your support cases. Online Registration emails are treated as a support case.
- It’s the night or weekend at your office and my computer died, how do I get my software working again?
If you have your original product delivery email, emergency activation instructions were included in that email. If you are using an INGEAR OPC Server, TOP Server V4, or OPC DataLogger, simply reload your computer or get your new computer, install the software, enter your serial #, and then submit a re-registration request. Your software will work for 10 days with full operation - we’ll respond promptly with your re-registration, and our office is never closed for more than 4 or 5 days for a holiday.
